On Wednesday, January 13, Ray Thomas and Doug Parrow of the Bicycle Transportation Alliance testified in front of the Joint Judiciary Committee at the Oregon Capitol in favor of the Vehicular Homicide law. You can download the informational packet from the hearing here.
